I accepted a long time ago that very few people take their training as serious as I do. And that's OK. It's just sad to see talented students perform below their capabilities or see them give up because things don't advance fast enough. So I do like you do, focus on those who actually want to learn. In the end, I'm not the one limiting their progress, they are. If they want to learn, first thing to accept is to listen to the teacher. That's the biggest hurdle for those students. @Danny:
