I&#039;m not really frustrated about this, more saddened. I accepted a long time ago that very few people take their training as serious as I do. And that&#039;s OK. It&#039;s just sad to see talented students perform below their capabilities or see them give up because things don&#039;t advance fast enough. So I do like you do, focus on those who actually want to learn. 

In the end, I&#039;m not the one limiting their progress, they are. If they want to learn, first thing to accept is to listen to the teacher. That&#039;s the biggest hurdle for those students.</description>
