Another book I have on my shelf besides some that you mention is &quot;The Whartons&#039; Stretch Book.&quot;  It focuses on Active Isolated Stretching, and while I don&#039;t do all the routines they promote in the book, I do regularly do some of the stretches I learned from this book.</description>
