Blog update: I’m back and working hard.
ByAs those of you with a free membership account know, I went on a working holiday last week and just came back home yesterday. I was in Bali, teaching private lessons twice a day but also had some time to visit the country a bit.
Let’s just say it’s paradise on earth and I’m definitely looking forward to going back. I’ll write some more about it in the following week.
I had written a few posts before I left and scheduled them to publish automatically during my absence but apparently, something went wrong. I had double checked they were in the queue before I left and to my surprise, they not only never got published, they flat out disappeared.
So I’m sorry you were left without regular blog posts here. I have no idea what went wrong but I’ll check it out to avoid this problem in the future.

Also, this place has been flooded with spam in the mean time. I mean dozens of spam comments a week, all getting past my spam protection plugin. As I moderate all comments, this is annoying and time consuming. So I’m looking into a few options to both cut down my workload and get rid of those pesky spammers at the same time.
If you have any ideas of plugins that could do the trick, please let me know. Thanks.
Finally, I’m shooting another video later today. It’s the long-promised “Leg kick” video. I’m pretty excited about it as this is my favorite technique and I believe the video will be a great source of information for both traditional and sports fighting practitioners.
