First of all, happy New Year to everybody! I’ll post my resolutions later this week but wanted to start of 2012 by giving something back. So here goes the first contest of the year:

I’m giving away a free copy of “Momento Ideal das Artes Marciais“, which is the Portuguese translation of Timing in the Fighting Arts.
